AIMS Team LLC is a professional data management firm located in Fremont, California. The company consists of 3 full-time staff and 2 on-call staff for specialty services. Primary services offered include asset management consulting, systems integration, and data management in general. AIMS Team members have been providing these services since 2003.
Our Product
However, the AIMS Team is not simply a software company. We do not sell software licenses, and any application delivered to a customer is owned by the customer. Our staff is committed to providing an exceptional level of customer support, often to the point of being an extension to an agency’s internal staff. We view our customers as ‘partnerships’ in establishing higher levels of efficiency in data management. The goal of our deliverables and support is to enhance agency workflows without the need for the agency to dedicate staff time to managing data systems.

Who Do We Serve?
Our services are optimally catered for small and medium-sized water, wastewater, and stormwater utilities and industrial facilities. Typical clients include public works departments for small cities and (semi) private special purpose districts providing utility services to rural and suburban residents. While other firms provide similar services, we specifically scale our solutions to meet the needs of small agencies at an appropriate price point.
We strongly feel that our customers’ focus should be on delivering their product to their customers. The AIMS Team will work in the background to keep data organized and systems running.
